The Team

John is the driving force behind JRM, with extensive forestry, civil and contract management experience. He has successfully managed and grown JRM Resources’ operations, since inception in 2011.

A qualified heavy diesel fitter by trade, John has developed his skills and industry knowledge from the ground up enabling him to consistently provide innovative solutions. His passion is evident in everything he does and his revolutionary thinking coupled with his practical hands on experience allow him to lead JRM from strength to strength.

Robert has over 40 years’ experience in the forestry, mining and civil industries. His previous roles as a forest worker and earthmoving contractor gave him valuable experience in managing contract works and people. Robert assists with the management of projects and provides valuable supervision of onsite operations.

Joining JRM in 2018, Lisa has proved invaluable to the team. With her thorough knowledge, experience and drive for improvement she ensures that JRM is always a step ahead in the areas of administration, finance and accounts. Lisa has extensive accounting and administration experience and has previously managed a suite of companies. Lisa is always expanding her knowledge and recently completed her Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Financial Planning).

Scott has 15 years’ experience within mining and civil industry and joined the JRM team in 2021.With a Bachelor of Science (Applied Geology) Prior to JRM Scott worked as a Project Manager, Estimator and in Geological Technical Services across a range of projects both in underground and open pit operations.

JRM is proud to have an incredible team of supervisors, safety advisors, operators and administration staff on the ground working together. 

Bronwyn is JRM’s dedicated HR professional, with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Bronwyn is passionate about engaging, empowering, and equipping leadership teams, supervisors and employees to achieve success in the workplace through strategic HR solutions, compliance and effective business partnerships.

Bronwyn is dedicated to championing JRM’s values, creating an environment at JRM where employees thrive and contribute their best work, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring that our workforce remains a key driver of success.

Beyond the office, Bronwyn is actively involved in community cricket, soccer and various charity groups.
